3.2 Member subscription payments are accepted in UK Sterling.
3.3 Please note that any Member subscription paid by You is subject to a minimum contractual period of one month.
4. Use of web site
4.1 LifeStyle60 authorizes you to view and download the materials at this Website only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials.

5. Password Member Name and Security
5.1 Upon registration as a Member, You will select a Password and Member Name that You can use to access Your Member Account and Profile and to log on to the Members' area of the Site.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Password and Member Name and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. We do not have the means to check the identity of people using the Members' area of the Site and will not be liable where Your Password or Member Name are used by someone else.
5.3 You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use of Your Password or Member Name or any other breach of security of which You become aware.
6. Your Profile
6.1 You acknowledge that other Users will be able to view Your Profile.
6.2 If You post and/or disclose to other Users any confidential or sensitive Information about Yourself then You do so entirely at Your own risk.
6.3 You will be able to view the details and profiles of other Members.
6.4 You warrant and represent to Us that all Information Posted by You:
6.4.1 is accurate, true, complete and is not misleading; and
6.4.2 will be regularly updated by You so that it remains accurate, true, complete and not misleading.
6.5 We reserve the right to review Your Profile from time to time and to amend and/or delete it if We, in Our sole discretion, think that it should be amended and/or deleted.
7. Acceptable Use
We want lifestyle60.com to be a useful, friendly and fun place to enable Users to interact.
7.1 We reserve the right to edit or remove content, forum postings and event postings in all areas of the website at their own discretion, without prior consultation should the following terms and conditions not be complied with. This also applies to Member Profiles.
7.2 You agree not to:
7.2.1 post any abusive, offensive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions and will not be used for any other purpose;
7.2.2 make insulting remarks to or about other Members ("flaming") or do anything that would cause annoyance, inconvenience, harassment or needless anxiety to others;
7.2.3 advertise or promote third party or Your own products or services including by way of the distribution of 'spam' mail; We take strict legal action against those who abuse our site for this purpose;
7.2.4 impersonate another person or Member;
7.2.5 include personally identifiable information about children;
7.2.6 use the Site to conduct any fraudulent activity including any "pyramid scheme"; "ponzi scheme" or "chain letter";
7.2.7 access or attempt to access the accounts of other Members or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate the Site security measures;
7.2.8 have more than one Member Account at any time.
7.3 We expect discussions to remain on-topic and will act to stop advertising, campaigning or proselytising.
7.4 Long running discussions slow our systems down for everyone. When a discussion grows to be large, we may close or delete it and ask Members to continue it on a new thread.
7.5 Users will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding on-line conduct and content.
7.6 As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent LifeStyle60 cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
7.7 We will remove any message that includes contact details that are not the writer’s, or which include anyone’s personal address.
7.8 LifeStyle60 moderators of the forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is not possible to review every posting. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or owners and hence will not be held liable for their content.
7.9 The opinions and views expressed by other Users of any Service or content providers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of LifeStyle60. Users waive any claim resulting from their exposure to material on any Service that is offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
7.10 We review all profiles entered onto the Site by Members, check instant messages where certain keywords are triggered and log chatroom exchanges in order to ensure compliance with these terms, and to comply with or investigate any enforcement agency or police request or complaints.
7.11 We may take any or all of the following action at Our discretion:
7.11.1 remove any Member profile (including photographs) or other material that, in Our sole discretion may be inappropriate or We suspect to be illegal, subject Us to liability or which may violate these Membership Terms and Conditions or where required to do so by law;
7.11.2 issue Members with verbal or written warnings and may take such further action as We deem appropriate if such warnings are not heeded;
7.11.3 suspend or terminate a Member's access to the Members' area of the Site or a Member's Account without notice at any time;
7.11.4 inform the appropriate authorities and provide them with information regarding any suspected illegal activity; or
7.11.5 bring legal action against a Member or other user of the Site in relation to any breach of these Membership Terms and Conditions or any illegal or suspected illegal activity.
7.12 We will determine what action is appropriate to be taken against a Member on a case by case basis.
7.13 You acknowledge that We may be required by law or regulation to access, monitor, store or copy material sent by or to Members without further notice to You.
7.14 If Users provide or post content in areas of any Service available to the general public, other than User specific web sites provided by LifeStyle60 as part of a Service that Users have subscribed to, they are giving LifeStyle60 the world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, transmit, modify, adapt, frame, brand, co-brand, and publish such content in any media now known or developed in the future, including the right to make the content available to the general public.
7.15 If Users submit summary files or other materials to any Service or to LifeStyle60, they license LifeStyle60 to display, distribute, frame and link to that content via any means LifeStyle60 chooses, and they warrant that they have all rights necessary to authorise the distribution and re-distribution of that content. Users will provide information that LifeStyle60 reasonably requests relating to any claim that their content infringes the rights of a Third Party.
8. Cancellation and Payment
8.1 Full (Gold) Membership with LifeStyle60.com is payable by subscription. This is completed by credit/debit card. The payment is handled securely by SECPay using 128-bit SSL technology. All financial information handled by SECPay is held securely and confidentially and will not be passed to any third-party.
8.2 We have every confidence in our subscription services; however, if you wish to cancel your subscription, our policy is as follows:
8.2.1 you are entitled to cancel your Membership at any time by contacting your credit/debit card company or bank. We reserve the right to contact Members who have cancelled their Membership in order to conduct a Customer Cancellation Review;
8.2.2 you may also cancel your subscription by sending an email to support@lifestyle60.com;
8.2.3 in both cases You will not be entitled to any refund of monies paid.
8.3 We may terminate your membership at any time, without cause, upon giving You notice by email if you fail to make any payment to Us when due and/or you breach the terms of this Agreement. If so We will refund pro rata any fees already paid.
9. Content and External Links
9.1 There may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions in respect of which LifeStyle60 excludes all liability. Any decision taken by Users based on the information contained on any Service is their sole responsibility.
9.2 LifeStyle60.com and their contributors or content providers do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content, external links or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from this website.
9.3 Any links external to LifeStyle60.com have no connection to Meadowside Services Limited and we accept no responsibility for their content or services. The presence of an external link on LifeStyle60 does not indicate an endorsement by Us nor does it constitute a guarantee of quality content. We are not liable or responsible for the content or existence of any externally linked websites on LifeStyle60.com.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 In no event will LifeStyle60, Its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this Site, any web sites linked to this Site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such Sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 If your use of the materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof. 11. Your warranties and liability
11.1 You warrant that all information and details provided by You to Us (including on registration as a Member) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
11.2 You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of LifeStyle60.com.
11.3 If you choose to access this site from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws
12. Applicable laws
12.1 This site is administered by Meadowside Services Ltd from its offices in London.
12.2 The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Meadowside Services Ltd agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
12.3 We may disclose content or user information if required to do so by law or in good faith believe that doing so is necessary to:
12.3.1 comply with legal process;
12.3.2 enforce these Terms and Conditions;
12.3.3 respond to claims that any content violates the rights of Third Parties;
12.3.4 protect the rights, property or personal safety of LifeStyle60, its Sponsors and accredited third parties, Users, or the public;
12.3.5 administer any Service.
12.4 The failure by Meadowside Services Ltd to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions will not waive the right of Us to do so.
